Canvassing Team Lead

Are you an experienced Canvassing sales pro looking for an opportunity to run your own team?

We are seeking a self-starter, sales rep with a hunter mentality who would like the opportunity to own your own sales division of a leading local company in the roofing and siding industry. If you know what it takes to be successful on the doors and build a high performance canvassing team, this could be the position for you!

We have been recognized both locally and nationally within the roofing industry as a leader in quality, technology, and culture, and performance. We are now looking to expand our Insurance Restoration Division and are looking for the right candidate to lead our canvassing department!

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Indianapolis, IN or Marion, IN

Number of Openings: 1

Description of Duties:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a roster of true sales hunters who are driven to pound the pavement and control their own income.
  • Track daily activity and performance of your roster and report back to the VP of Sales.
  • Coach and lead your team on best practices for door pitches and overcoming objections in the field.
  • Create and maintain a competitive/fun culture for your team.
  • Create canvassing routes and supervise sales generating activities in the field.
  • Coach our insurance sales roster through the insurance claims process.
  • Lead by example through generating your own sales opportunities and achieving your personal sales goals.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have 2+ years of canvassing experience with a proven track record of success
  • Coachable – must be willing to learn and teach the Kingdom Sales Process
  • Leadership – Must be willing to lead by example. 80%+ of your time will be spent in the field.
  • Proficient with standard office software

Compensation:

  • $30k base pay
  • Commissions on personal sales
  • Overrides/Bonuses on team performance
  • Overall expected earnings – $95k+
  • Company vehicle provided
