About the job: 

Kingdom Roofing Systems is looking for a strong sales leader to build a high performance canvassing team of sales hunters. You would coach and lead your team on best practices for door pitches and overcoming objections in the field. This would require creating a fun and competitive environment within the team and maintaining it throughout the year. You would create canvassing routes, track daily activity and performance of your roster, and supervise all sales generating activities in the field. 

This Team Lead position requires canvassing neighborhoods with your teams to generate leads. It is a hands-on role with the ability to earn personal commissions as well as override bonuses on team performance.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Minimum of 1 year leading an outside sales team and 2 years sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet individual and team sales goals
  • Ability to climb a ladder and be on a roof
  • Reliable individuals who show up on time, every time
  • Proficient with technology and able to learn new software
  • Solid mathematical skills for simple calculations
  • Knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, construction processes is helpful
  • Honesty, reliability, and kindness are all important to our workplace environment


Flexible work schedule. Company assigned appointment times are scheduled the month in advance, Project Advisors have their ability to submit their availability each month. Minimum requirements for availability do apply, including 2 appointment slots on Saturday each month. 


  • Overall earnings expected to be $70,000 – $130,000+
  • Base pay $30,000 plus commission and overrides on team performance
