Production Manager
About the job:
Kingdom Roofing Systems is seeking an experienced production manager to join our team and lead our Residential Production Department. This position is responsible for overseeing and producing +20 million dollars in residential roofing, siding, and gutter replacements. It will require developing and caring for our Kingdom Production team in a healthy work environment built through intentional effort. Accurate tracking of KPIs and management of data is essential in this role and the expectation is that the KPI’s will be set and met, or exceeded. The Production Manager will ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining sufficient vendors and subcontractors to hit production goals within approved time periods. Special projects may also be required.

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory production position
- Knowledge of various roof systems, materials, construction processes
- Able to identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards
- Build and develop productive working relationships with colleagues
- Comprehensive knowledge base of Indiana construction, safety, and regulations
- Proficient with technology – Google WorkSpace, CRM software, etc.
- Steadfast leader with excellent communication and people management skills
- Honesty, reliability, and kindness are all important to our workplace environment
Schedule:
Given the nature of the Production department and the demand to work around the seasons and the weather, it is expected that the Production Manager is flexible in their schedule. The Production Manager will need to be available at a minimum by phone until sundown in case issues arise after normal hours. During less busy seasons and/or on rain/snow days the Production Manager is expected to work at minimum 8 am – 5 pm, Monday-Friday.
